WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS AND WHAT IF I’M LATE?
All training days start at 9am, allow for a 5pm finish.
If running late you need to contact the office, as you may need to be deferred to a later course, the delivery hours are strictly monitored by the awarding body.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
There is no dress code, wear comfortable clothing. A lot of our training involves being out of your seat and moving around so dress appropriately and be aware of your personal hygiene.
IS IT A GUARANTEED PASS?
NO – All our exams are monitored by an official invigilator. We use “e-assessment” meaning you complete the exam on a phone/tablet/laptop and the results are released instantly. If you need to resit an exam it can be booked same day at no cost.
Our goal is to provide learners the skills needed to get back into work. Our partner employers know we deliver high quality training so their new starters are Work Ready.
